Description
Done during the watercolor workshop of Gold-Seven in Aachen this year. My first try of using masking fluid (which gave me an unwanted 3D-effect on the paper, when it ripped the surface away, but the trees didn't care). I wanted to play with colored light and shadows, especially in the face and that's the result (AND I LIKE IT, YES!)
Done on Hahnemühle mouldmade paper 200 g, Schmincke and LUKAS watercolor, Masking fluid for the trees aaand Schmincke Zeichentusche Indigo for the background. No Daniel Smith colors got injured.
It's only a photograph of the final pictures - I have to buy a scanner these days.

Edit: And I bought a scanner and finally got this one in the right colors.
