I simply love the look of the golden and black sand mixed by the waves and those stones surrounded by left over water from the last tide. It got a Dali-feeling somehow. So smooth.

It does look very much like a surreal landscape. The surrealists had a tendency to use muted complimentary colors a lot, and smooth, ambiguous shapes, both of which are present here. Very nice
